This is a special May Day extended event for the Tiller Flat Folk Club onboard the lovely Golden Hinde.  Music from late afternoon through the evening.  We'll be playing a couple of sets, along with our friends Black Scarr & Mr Gary Smith!  Should be a rollicking fun night.

We are guests on Daria's folk show this week!  This is our first radio appearence, and we're really excited about it.  The show this week is called Black Valentine featuring The Raven... so we'll be digging up our favourite dark love songs :)  Available to listen live 5pm-7pm and on Listen Again.

We're off to Leicester to support the amazing Ray Cooper (aka Chopper - the bass/cello player from Oysterband!!).  It's our first time to Leicester, and we're really looking forward to it.

We're stepping in for tonight's gig.  We've always loved going down to The Goose is Out! and are very pleased to be going back tonight.  There will be floor spots too!

Tonight we will be supporting Flossie Malavialle, who, although she may not remember, presented us with an award at the Gateway to Southwell Festival a few years back.  This is a brand new club launched by Sunjay Brayne 

We have the opportunity for a 1 off show while we're in Australia this Christmas!  The fantastic surroundings and acoustics of St Philip's are part of Caz's musical heritage, so its a great pleasure to be asked to play there while we're back.

This was one of the first clubs were we got up as a duo and performed a floor spot, and we've enjoyed going along to many a great night since then.  So its a real treat to be able to come back tonight and perform a whole evening!

Yes that's right, it's our very own night for the launch of our brand new, first ever full length CD Black is the Colour.

We will have a support act (yet to be revealed), cake, bunting, and more yet to be decided!  Tickets are already available for £8 through the link, or £9 on the night.  

This will all be at the fabulous Green Note in Camden, and we're really excited about it!  

Softly Softly is "A celebration of all things folky".  Altogether there'll be 4 acts playing this evening, along with space for floor spots if you email ahead softlydoesit@googlemail.com

We'll be playing in the park by the Cafe on the Sunday afternoon.  Last year we had a lovely afternoon down there in glorious sunshine, so hoping for more of the same this year!

This mainly free festival is in the lovely Leigh-On-Sea and well worth a trip out of London for!  We had a lovely time last year, and are looking forward to playing on the Saturday afternoon (midday) in the upper gardens.  The line-up is massive!

Uxbridge Folk Club is combining forces with the Ickenham Festival this year - we'll be playing before the opening dance on the Saturday night!

This is the 2nd year for the Bethnal Green Folk Day run by the lovely folks at Folk on Monday.  Tickets will be £10 at the door and the line-up includes some of the best folkies on the London scene.  There will also be the Mondegreen Folk Club running throughout the day in the Chapel

The Loughton Folk Day is a free event, although a collection will bee taken in aid of the Guide Dogs for the Blind.  The day will kick off at at 4pm and there's a big line up of local folkies to look out for.  We'll be on around 9pm.

Beatnik Events put on a night of things folk, anti-folk, hula-hooping, puppet making (and I think I saw cup-cakes as well).  Worth checking out?  We think so.

Having played a couple of supports there, The Goose is Out! have kindly asked us back to do our own night in their acoustic venue upstairs at The Mag.  Its a lovely venue, and floor spots are welcome.

This will be our first gig in Bristol, and we're looking forward to heading down to The Saltcellar Folk Club, who are a relatively new club, just coming up to a 1 year anniversary. Find out more here www.saltcellarfolk.org.uk

We're supporting one of our favourite folk duo's - Nancy Kerr & James Fagan!!

What a start to the year!  We'll be supporting the amazing band Genticorum, from Canada, tonight.  We're excited already!

Islington Folk Club is one of London's longest running folk clubs, and we're very happy to have been asked to play here.  Sharing the night with us will be club regulars Martin Nail, and Stetson Stan.

We're honoured to be asked back to The Goose is Out! after playing there last October.  This time around we'll be supporting Lucy Ward (2009 finalist of the BBC Young Folk Musician Awards)

Other acts on the night are The Jones Boys and Mick Day.  We played here about a year ago and had a lovely evening!

What a lovely idea, a car free day!  An all afternoon/evening festival run by the folks at Lost Horizon's.  More artists still to be confirmed, and I believe we'll be on in the evening.

We went to a singaround here in February, and had a fantastic night and we were so pleased to be asked to come back and play for a whole evening.  There were so many great musicians there - many of who I am sure will be doing floospots tonight so well worth coming to hear :)

We will be the featured act at this Open Night, so if you fancy a trip to the seaside (or are already there) bring an instrument/song along too and do a spot.  We'll be on for about 40 mins from 10pm-ish.

Lost horizons is a brand new folk club in Leytonstone.  This will be the 3rd of their monthly nights.  The Kittiwakes are also on the bill for the evening (an evening of bird-named bands it seems!), so its sure to be a great night of music.

In July we played at the Redbridge Midsummer Music Festival, a lovely day with lots of sunshine and music, which linked with the Green Fair Music Nights in Ilford.  We will be playing with 2 other acts - Ivy York and Jay Cee

This is a free 2 day festival with all sorts of music! We'll be playing on Saturday at 11.50am in the High St, then again at 1pm in the library foyer. As far as I can see its going to be another sunny day too!
